Atsara was established in January 2007 with a focus on hotel development consultancy services. These services, particularly detailed under Scope of Services, covers 4 major areas - Hotel Development Services, Hotel Pre-Opening Services, Food & Beverage Consultancy Services, and Spa Planning Services.

Operated by Raju Harilela and Egon Schnyder, the company has handled more than 21 projects in the first 2 years of operation, with leading hotel groups and organisations. Projects have ranged from budgeting of FF&E and OS&E for new hotels, through to a complete pre-opening package of services.

Atsara is part of the Harilela Strategic Group of Companies. Other companies within our group include:

(a)	Meggen Capital - a venture-capital funding company focusing on hotel, food & beverage, spa investments, hotel equipment manufacturer investments, and investments in hospitality projects;
(b)	Harilela Land Investments Limited - a real estate investment company with investments in Hong Kong, Macau, China, Singapore and the United Kingdom.

Atsara is also the Representative of Schletterer Spa & Wellness Design, Europe's leading Spa & Wellness Design, Construction and Management Services Company, in the Asia/Pacific region since the 1st of August 2008.
